With extensive experience as a Corporate and M&A Attorney at a leading law firm in Cyprus, our founder has established a reputation as a well-versed, highly skilled and trusted legal advisor to major private equity firms, multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals, worldwide. Further enhancing the firm’s expertise, our founder brings invaluable knowledge acquired as a visiting lecturer for the LLB Law and the BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance degrees, provided by a British university in collaboration with one of the oldest universities in Cyprus. Additionally, our administration team consists of seasoned professionals, with experience spanning more than two decades in administration, banking and compliance positions with major consultancy firms in Cyprus.
